At Caribbean Mugs, every order is made with pride and care — one mug at a time. Since each item is custom printed when you order, our process ensures quality, accuracy, and a little island love in every package.


Order Processing

  • All mugs are made to order.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your mug is on its way.


Shipping Times

United States Orders

  • Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days after production.

  • Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days total from the time of purchase.

International Orders

  • We currently ship to select countries.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and local postal service delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international customers, your country’s customs office may apply additional duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is incorrect and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once the correct address is confirmed.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at caribbeanmugs@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.
