Refund policy

Returns

All mugs are custom printed on demand, so we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color preference

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to request a replacement:

  1. Email caribbeanmugs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, photos, and a short note describing the issue

  3. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you


Refunds

If a replacement isn’t possible (for example, if the design is discontinued or out of stock), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

Because each mug is made to order, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct version right away.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us within 2 hours of purchase at caribbeanmugs@gmail.com. After production starts, changes can’t be made.


Shipping Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your tracking email for updates

  • If tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it, contact your local carrier

  • If the package is lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll assist on a case-by-case basis
